Account Speciality
Our Account Specialists work closely with hospital personnel to:
- Ensure the safe and effective storage, use and tracking of allografts provided by LifeLink Tissue Bank.
- Provide continual support and consultation services on the Joint Commission standards, FDA regulations, other federal & state regulations, AORN Recommended Practices, AATB standards and applicable LifeLink SOP's.
- Monitor and maintain LifeLink consignment programs.
- Provide continuing education programs for hospital staffs relating to allograft usage.
- Assist in the identification of allografts needed by their surgeons.
- Surgeon consultation to discuss allograft needs
- Personalized group/practice presentations based on need
- Onsite, technical support when requested
